Established in 1985 and originally trading under the name of Bishton Property Services at College Green, Tywyn, we have geared ourselves to giving a top quality personal service coupled with a highly active selling approach. We are now the town's longest established independent estate agent. In and around the the beginning of the new millennium, it was decided to change the name of the business as we needed a more high-profile name to meet the diverse challenges and requirements of the 21st century with the importance of the computer and the even more important web site. In 2003 we moved to more prestigious offices in the main trading area of the High Street where the company has gone from strength to strength while continuing to offer an efficient, courteous and cost-effective service.
