Greystone cottage is a four bedroom cottage in Brook chine, near Freshwater and Yarmouth
The cottage is a short walk along the coastal path to Compton and Brook beaches,
It has its own ¾ acre garden complete with a fruit orchard, willow hut and trampoline.
Greystone is beautifully furnished with many salvaged finds, and is extremely comfortable and light with stunning sea views.
The house has recently been restored paying special attention to its green credentials and carbon footprint, wherever possible we have used a combination of existing materials, local materials, sustainable materials and local labour.
